What counts as an analysis?
Each time you run a brand-fit analysis on a creator, it uses one from your monthly allowance. Ingesting a creator (fetching their YouTube data and transcripts) uses a separate ingestion slot — each plan includes 3× ingestions relative to analyses, so you can build a scouting pool and only analyze the creators worth a full report.
Can I try ValX before paying?
Yes. Every account starts with 2 free analyses and full access to all platform features — no card required. You can ingest creators and run complete brand-fit reports before deciding whether to upgrade.
What happens if I run out of analyses mid-month?
On Professional and Agency plans you can purchase add-on packs (5 or 20 extra analyses) without changing your subscription. Unused pack analyses expire at the end of your billing period.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your remaining quota is carried over on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal date so you keep access until the end of your current period.
Is annual billing worth it?
Annual billing saves 17% compared to paying monthly — roughly two months free. It's billed as a single upfront charge at the start of each year.
