Privacy Policy
We built a transparency tool. It'd be embarrassing to hide things.
What we collect
Your email, subscription status, and usage logs (which creators you analysed, when). That's the list. It's short on purpose.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't broker it. We don't have a suspicious 'trusted partners' clause. Your campaign decisions stay yours.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments — we never see your full card number. Page-view analytics are collected by Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless, uses no persistent tracking, and produces only aggregated data that cannot identify you individually. Your analyses, scores, and campaign history are private to your account.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you contact us to close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@valx.app. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
India's DPDP Act
ValX is operated by Vanavas and governed by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process your personal data only for the purposes described in this policy and on the lawful basis of your consent at sign-up.
