Short version: use it honestly, don't resell it, and we'll both be fine.
What you can do
Run real brand-fit analyses for real campaigns. Share reports with your team. Build decisions on top of the data. That's exactly what this is for.
What you can't do
Resell or redistribute analysis output. Use the platform to manipulate, defame, or build spam pipelines. Reverse-engineer the scoring models. Automate mass queries beyond intended use.
Subscriptions & billing
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis through Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time from your account — your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but if something breaks on our end, reach out and we'll make it right. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your new plan's full analysis quota is available immediately and a fresh billing period begins from the upgrade date.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from the Payments page in your account. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Early access
We're in active development. Features may change. Scores may improve (they will). We will notify you at least 30 days before any pricing change to your active plan.
Limitation of liability
ValX provides analysis to support your decisions — it does not make decisions for you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanavas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
